Location

Ikastikies Luxury Suites are located at one of the most beautiful spots in Santorini, Firostefani. The village lies between Fira and Imerovigli and offers magnificent views of the Caldera and the sunset.

Following the traditional architecture of Cyclades, it is characterized by narrow cobblestone paths, whitewashed houses and of course the endless volcano view.

Facilities

The hotel manager and staff are always at your disposal making your stay here easier and more pleasant. Their exemplary hospitality and impeccable services are something to remember.

The IKASTIKIES complex has 2 sweet-watered pools (one private and one sharing pool) and deck chairs. Breakfast is served in your Suite, while dinner can also be served in your suite upon request. Laptop, fax service and wireless Internet access available.

For your convenience we can – upon request – transfer you to / from the airport and the port. We can also make all the arrangements for car / moto rental.
We can make suggestions for excursions around the island, as and ticket reservations.

Terms

-All rates are quoted in Euro, per unit, per night and include breakfast all local taxes
Children up to 6 years stay free of charge.

RESERVATIONS CONFIRMATION
- A Hotel’s signed confirmation is required in order to guarantee the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 21 days before confirmed arrival date.
- Any cancellation made within:
15 to 20 days results in 25% of the total cost of the reservation charge
14 to 7 days results in 50% of the total cost of the reservation charge
6 to 1 days results in 100% of the total cost of the reservation charge
No show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay.

Check in time is 2:00 p.m. Check out time is 12:00 noon.
The management reserves the right to change all rates in case of a Value Added Tax adjustment (VAT), regulated by the Greek Government.

If you are a company of 6 to 8 persons, we would suggest you booking the OSTRIA, ROZA and ROZAKI Suites, which cover a whole complex level, or If you are a company of 10 to 12 persons, we would suggest you booking the whole IKASTIKIES complex.

How to get there

By plane

The Olympic and the Aegean Airlines fly daily from the Athens International Airport El. Venizelos to Santorini during summer season.

By ferry

There are daily Catamaran (4,5 hours) or Ferryboat (8 hours) schedules from / to Pireaus port.

Climate

Santorini climate is the typical Mediterranean one, with extensive sunshine periods all year round, warm and dry summers and mild winters.

Water

Santorini’s tap water is not potable. It can only be used for bathing or washing.

Transfers

The main taxi station lies at the central square of Fira town. Upon request we can arrange to be picked up from any location.

There are daily Bus Schedules around the island. The bus terminal is located at the central square of Fira Town.

The best way to explore the island is renting a car / moto. If you wish so, we can recommend you the best car rental company in the island.

Banks

The biggest Greek banks have branches in Santorini: National Bank of Greece, Alpha Bank, Emporiki Bank, Eurobank, Piraeus Bank and ATE Bank.

Accepted Credit cards Visa, Master and American Express, as and debit cards recognized from international financial networks.
